Details on how to enter are located on all promotional packs of Amstel Bier. In order to take part in this promotion participants should follow the steps noted below:
1. Purchase one of the following packs of Amstel Bier; 4x440ml cans, 10x440ml cans, 6x300ml bottles, 12x300ml bottles, 15x300ml bottles or 20x300ml bottles from a participating retailer. Subject to availability. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase may be required for prize validation.
2. The product will have a 5-digit pack code starting with a letter (e.g. K6123) on the back label of the bottle and on the underside of the can underneath the best before date.
3. Go to www.amstelbier.co.uk/win and input your first name, last name and email address.
4. You will be required to enter your pack code and will instantly be informed if you have won a prize!

No purchase is necessary for residents of Northern Ireland. To enter, please contact customercare@heineken.co.uk or call 0345 030 3282 to receive a code. Enter the code at www.amstelbier.co.uk/win as above. Please allow 5 working days for a response and a code to be issued to you.

Only one tier one prize may be won per person in the course of the promotion. Additional wins will not be fulfilled at the booking stage and the prize will be entered back into the available prize pool. Tier two and three prizes can be won an unlimited amount of times.

You will be instantly informed if you have won a prize at www.amstelbier.co.uk/win and an email with your code will be sent to the email address provided.

You will be sent a unique 16-digit voucher code to your email and supplied a link to the relevant lastminute platform to use your voucher.

You have until midnight on the 31st January 2021 to claim and use your voucher code. After this time the vouchers will expire. Any unclaimed prizes will be put into a separate prize draw on the 25th February 2021 and reallocated to other participants. New winners will be notified by 26th February 2021 and must claim their prize by 31st March 2021.
Travel

No problem. If you win a tier 1 city break, you only need to use your voucher to make the booking with Lastminute by 31st January 2021. But you can choose to travel later in 2021, as long as your trip is fully completed by 30th June 2021.

No problem.
If you win a tier 2 voucher and choose ‘A pair of return flights to Europe’, you only need to use your voucher to book with Lastminute by 31st January 2021. But you will be shown options up to approximately a year in the future on the Lastminute page at the time of booking. For example, if you choose to use your voucher in May 2020, you will be shown options up until approximately May 2021 depending on availability.
If you win a tier 2 voucher and choose ‘£200 Train + Hotel Voucher’, you need to use your voucher by 31st January 2021 but you will be shown options on the Eurostar tab of Latminute.com to travel throughout 2021 / 2022 depending on time of booking.

No checked luggage will be provided using the voucher. Any required checked luggage will be at the cost of the winner and subject to the availability of the airline.

No, you cannot pay for an extra guest. Prizes are only applicable for the winner and one guest.

All prizes are ATOL protected. For more information on ATOL protection visit https://www.caa.co.uk/ATOL-protection/Consumers/About-ATOL/. In case of cancellation of a flight by the airline company or of the hotel by the accommodation supplier, lastminute.com will provide a suitable alternative flight (and hotel for tier 1 winners) for you without additional cost. For winners of the Tier 1 European City Breaks prize, return private transfer from the airport is included at your destination. Transport to and from the airport / station is not provided for Tier 2 prize winners.

Requirements

For Tier 1 prizes, both guests must be over the age of 18.
For Tier 2 prizes, guests under the age of 18 are permitted. The winner must be over the age of 18.

This will be subject to the rules of the airline your prize is offered from. Tier 1 winners can request this as part of their preferences with the lastminute customer services representative. Tier 2 winners should call lastminute customer services on 0203 499 9173 (service available Monday-Friday 0900-1800).

Travel may not take place during any UK public holidays respective of the country that the winner departs from. Travel during school holidays is permitted but is subject to availability and on the condition that the trip falls within the maximum total value of your tier prize (£1,200 for City Break Winners and £200 for Plane or Train + Hotel voucher winners).

Yes, the £200 gift card can only be used against one Eurostar + Hotel package. Any leftover funds will be lost and cannot be used.

For tier 1 City Breaks, travel must be made by 30th June 2021. For Tier 2 Pairs of Return Flights, winners will be shown dates up to approximately 10 months in advance which they can choose from. For Tier 2 Train & Hotel Packages, winners will be shown travel dates on the lastminute search engine up to approximately 1 year in the future. No, the £200 voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, this includes other winning vouchers. These bookings should be separate.
